Life is never boring

Well I did it. I went and finished my paperwork for RS. I'm not sure when I start back there, but I'll find out tomorrow I suspect.

On another note, The Store~

It seems that no matter how much one makes there is always going to be someone that is jealous, fearful, manipulative or controlling, the worst is someone who is all four. We have 3 such individuals, one that denies she is, one that is just loud and obnoxious and doesn't care who she pisses off, she treats everyone the same and everyone gets bitched about, then there's the last gal who is all four. This person is the same one who decided to say something nasty to me in front of customers. BIG NO NO. If you've got something to say to me, say it OUT of ear shot and behind closed doors. I've discussed this with the DM as well as my manager and the two other ass man's. All say the same thing. Talk to the person in question, but make sure you have a witness.

I'm not sure how long this job is going to pan out, especially cause they keep bumping me around. One day I'm working days, the next nights, then days the next. It is really taking a toll on me. I'm getting NOTHING done around here and there is a LOT to do.

So RS wants me to consider coming back FT. I'm really thinking long and hard about it. I don't like games. I'm there to get a paycheck - period. If you've got something to say to me, pull me aside and tell me what's on your mind, but don't play the stupid games in the process.

I did find out tonight, that I won't get a check for another 3 weeks. They hold it for a full month. What the hell kind of crap is that!? This is Another thing I'm going to bring up at the monthly meeting. Schedules and pay. Hell I've been there just shy of 2 weeks and I'm already questioning my decision to continue there or not. Although it is fun and I do enjoy it, and as a bonus, I've lost 8 lbs already. I've been fighting to get that off. YES! Now to loose the rest of it and pray it doesn't find me again! What to do, what to do..... That is the question!

Well that is a lot going on. Might it be better when you have been there a while and some of these people get pushed out the door?

I am worried about you going FT at RS right off the bat, after your last experience there---anyway to hold them off until you see if things will be different this time?

Congrats on the weight loss!

I'm just going to do the 15 hours a week max at RS. Although she already has asked me to work a straight 16 hours, can't, not gonna and don't want to.

I'm learning that this may not be the best thing I could have done, but it's only for 6 weeks so I'm trying to focus on that. I'm hoping I'll make enough to pay off one bill while I'm working there.

The next problem is I have another job potentially lined up, if this one comes to fruition, I'll be quitting both of these two to do that one. The pay is better and it's steady and there's NO management (that I'm aware of) other then the owner of the business. It would be a new field for me, but hopefully I will pick it up quickly.

I'll be OK, just gotta get a bunch of energy somewhere. LOL

well that sounds exciting and I am sure you can pick up anything you set your mind to.

It makes it easier to have a goal to work toward doesnt it? One bill at a time! I wish there was something I could do to earn extra money

Egads Leigh, I don't know what to tell ya. I do know that no matter where you go to work, there will always be something that irritates ya. You just have to find a lace that you can deal with.

True, there's always a thorn in the bush everywhere. It's just a matter of getting past the bs and moving forward towards my goal. I have a lot of little bills that I Need to pay off and get out of the way. Once I get those out of the way, I will have more choices and be able to play a bit more. Just gotta bite my tongue and play nice, which is hard for me. Especially when someone is stupid and gets in my face. Such as today.
